The Master

The Master was a Time Lord and the archenemy of the Doctor across several incarnations, who varied ing ender. (WC: Strax Saves the Day)

Biography[]

Soon after regenerating into a man, the Master engaged Strax in deadly combat. Although Strax claimed that he "didn't lay a glove" on him, he was unaware that the Master had shrunk him in size. This caused Strax to become confused as to why all of his possessions had suddenly become incredibly large. (WC: Strax Saves the Day)
